大学生体质下降的问题正在受到社会各方的关注。要完成增加学生体质的任务,仅靠每周90分钟的体育课教学是远远不够的,需要通过开展一系列丰富的课外体育活动才能得以实现。2007年4月23日“全国亿万青少年学生阳光体育运动”全面启动活动在北京举行。各地高校纷纷采取行动,吸引广大学生走向操场、走进大自然、走到阳光下,通过积极参加体育锻炼,不断增强体质,从而促进了培养高校学生终身体育的发展。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等对开展阳光体育运动具体方法和手段进行了分析,使高校学生在“阳光体育运动”中增进终身体育观念的认识。
The issue of college students’ physical decline is being paid attention to by all sectors of society. To complete the task of increasing students’ physical fitness, physical education teaching based on only 90 minutes per week is far from sufficient and can only be achieved through a series of rich extracurricular sports activities. April 23, 2007 The “National Sunshine Sports for Billions of Young Students” kicked off in Beijing. Universities and colleges all over the world have taken actions to attract more students to go to the playground, walk into the nature and go to the sun. By actively participating in physical exercises and continuously enhancing their physique, colleges and universities have promoted the development of life-long physical education for college students. In this paper, the method of literature review and questionnaire survey are used to analyze the specific methods and means of carrying out sunshine sports so that college students can enhance their understanding of lifelong sports in “Sunshine Sports”.
