我国饮食民俗的特点一般来说体现在两个方面:一是由饮食事项本身内在的属性所显示出来的。一是饮食事项在时间、空间及发展过程中所显示出来。它一般具有人类共通性、民族性、阶级性、历史性、地方性、传承性变异性、集中性等特点,本文拟对黄甲节日饮食民俗进行考察,对象为黄甲的现住居民,通过对迁居者节日饮食民俗的考察探讨其蕴含的文化内涵,并发掘黄甲婚庆、节日饮食民俗因历史、地域原因的变迁情况,以便更好地认识黄甲婚庆、节日饮食的民俗文化背景和传承情况。
The characteristics of China’s diet folklore are generally reflected in two aspects: First, the inherent attributes of the food items themselves are displayed. First, food items in the time, space and development process shown. It generally has the characteristics of human commonality, nationality, class, historicity, endemicity, inheritance of variability, concentration and so on. This article intends to examine the dietary customs of Huangjia Festival and object to the present residents of Huangjia, The study on holiday folk-custom of settlers explores the cultural connotation contained therein, and explores the changes of the customs of the wedding and festivals catering to historical and geographical reasons so as to better understand the folk cultural background and inheritance of the wedding and festivals .
