目的探讨青年脑梗死患者与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血小板活化功能(PAC-1、CD62p)水平的关系;探讨HCY、PAC-1、CD62p在青年和老年急性脑梗死病理生理学上的意义;分析HCY与PAC-1、CD62p之间的相关性。方法对34例发生脑梗死3d内的青年患者、64例年龄大于45岁发生脑梗死3d内的老年患者、38例正常青年人采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)及流式细胞仪方法分别检测其HCY、PAC-1、CD62p值,对结果进行比较和相关性分析。结果青年脑梗死患者HCY、PAC-1、CD62p水平与正常青年人和老年脑梗死患者相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);青年脑梗死患者的HCY与血小板活化晚期功能(CD62p)呈显著正相关(Pearson相关系数r=0.749,显著性p值<0.05)。结论监测HCY、PAC-1、CD62p的水平,有助于早期诊断和监测青年脑梗死;HCY、CD62p在青年脑梗死病理生理过程中的意义大于老年脑梗死;青年脑梗死的HCY水平与CD62p呈显著正相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (HCY) and platelet activation (PAC-1, CD62p) in young patients with cerebral infarction and to explore the pathophysiology of HCY, PAC-1 and CD62p in young and old patients with acute cerebral infarction Significance; Analysis of HCY and PAC-1, CD62p between the correlation. Methods Thirty-four elderly patients with cerebral infarction within 3 days, 64 elderly patients older than 45 years old with cerebral infarction and 38 normal young people were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and flow cytometry The HCY, PAC-1, CD62p values, the results were compared and correlation analysis. Results The levels of HCY, PAC-1 and CD62p in young patients with cerebral infarction were significantly lower than those in normal and elderly patients with cerebral infarction (P <0.05). The levels of HCY and platelet activating late function (CD62p) (Pearson correlation coefficient r = 0.749, significant p <0.05). Conclusion Monitoring HCY, PAC-1 and CD62p levels is helpful for early diagnosis and monitoring of young cerebral infarction.
