邓小平同志的“三农”思想，是他坚持唯物主义观点，从我国社会主义现代化建设新时期的实际出发，继承和总结了前人的经验和教训，冲破各种束缚，在实践中逐渐形成和发展，并最终形成了一个指导我国农村改革走向成功的博大精深的科学理论体系。邓小平同志在其“三农”思想中，不仅确立了我国农村改革和发展的指导思想，而且还分别确立了我国农村改革和发展的理论基础、我国农村改革和发展的核心内容、我国农业发展的根本出路、我国农村改革和发展的方向等一系列重要思想。全面系统地理解和把握邓小平“三农”思想，对于更好地总结我国２０年来农村改革发展的基本经验，并以此作为我国今后农村改革乃至整个经济改革的指导思想，有着极其重要的战略意义
