提出了用实型铸造型内球化处理生产球墨铸铁的具体方法与工艺措施。试验结果表明，只要合理确定各项工艺参数，可以获得外观质量与内在质量良好的球墨铸铁。 The specific methods and technical measures for producing ductile iron with real cast internal balling were put forward. The test results show that as long as the process parameters are reasonably determined, ductile cast iron with good appearance quality and good intrinsic quality can be obtained.
