[目的]观察参苓白术散加减治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效。[方法]采用随机对照方法。将60例随机分为两组,治疗组30例使用参苓白术散加减(成分:党参、茯苓、白术等),1剂/d,加水350mL,武火煎开后,再用文火煎25min,过滤取汁,每剂煎2次,合并煎液后早晚各1次,分2次服用;对照组30例应用转移因子口服溶液,1～2支(10～20mL)/次,2～3/d次,口服。治疗30d停药随访1年进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率66.67%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]参苓白术散加减治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效满意。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Shenling Baizhu San on the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. [Methods] Randomized control method was used. 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group, 30 cases using Shenling Baizhu San addition (subtraction: Codonopsis, Poria, Atractylodes, etc.), 1 / d, add water 350mL, Filtration juice, fried 2 times per dose, the decoction combined with morning and evening 1 time, 2 times taking; control group of 30 cases using transfer factor oral solution, 1 ~ 2 (10 ~ 20mL) d times, orally. Treatment 30d withdrawal follow-up of 1 year to determine the efficacy. [Results] The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group, and the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Shenling Baizhu Powder is effective in treating recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.
