基于技术采用生命周期研究中的技术“峡谷”概念及特征,以及“峡谷”跨越的相关理论,对通过官方统计及问卷调查获取的数据进行分析,论证我国3G技术在目前的市场应用过程中正面临着“峡谷”跨越问题,并通过对3G技术潜在使用者的心理特征的分析,说明他们与“峡谷”对岸的消费者——实用主义者相一致,跨越3G技术“峡谷”的关键是找准实用主义者心理特征的影响因素并制定相应策略,在此基础上为电信企业提出了对策建议,以期为3G技术的市场发展提供参考借鉴。
Based on the technology’s “gorge” concept and characteristics in life cycle research and related theories of “gorge” leapfrogging, the data obtained through official statistics and questionnaire surveys are analyzed to demonstrate that 3G technology in China is currently in the market The application process is facing a “canyon” leapfrog problem. By analyzing the psychological characteristics of potential users of 3G technology, it shows that they are consistent with consumer-pragmatists across the “Gorge” and across 3G technologies The key of “Canyon” is to identify the influencing factors of pragmatists’ psychological characteristics and formulate corresponding strategies. Based on this, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the telecom enterprises to provide reference for the market development of 3G technology.
