主要针对高速光纤通信系统中调制器驱动电路HEMTIC设计开展研究。着重讨论了PHEMT器件阈值电压、特征频率对外调制驱动电路特性的影响,给出了满足电路性能要求的器件参数范围;对2.5~10Gb/sPHEMTIC光驱动电路进行了计算机仿真,眼图模拟结果表明满足2.5~10Gb/s高速光纤通信系统需要。
Mainly for high-speed optical fiber communication system modulator driver circuit HEMTIC design to carry out research. The influence of threshold voltage and characteristic frequency on the characteristics of external modulation driver circuit is mainly discussed. The range of device parameters is given to meet the requirements of circuit performance. The computer simulation of 2.5 ~ 10Gb / sPHEMTIC optical driver circuit is carried out. The eye diagram simulation results show that 2.5 ~ 10Gb / s high-speed optical fiber communication system needs.
