由炼钢车间改进的电渣热冒口补注法(ESHT),是胃口衬以耐火材料,石墨作自耗电极、热渣补注冒口的一种新工艺。我们用了各种不同的方法浇注成若干个重约60吨的钢锭进行了研究,其各截面(包括轴向截面)的研究结果如下: 1)冒口上端面外观平正。2)钢锭结晶期间,由于胃口处的热渣关系使未结晶钢水不断发生脱硫反应,因此从硫印和冒口区检查分析,硫的含量是极低的。3)钢锭凝结的负偏析区极小,底部沉积的氧化污物也不多见。4)钢锭各部位的氧化夹杂物明显减少。用ESHT法钢锭制成的锻钢转子,无损探伤和机械性能试验都证明是优良的
The electroslag thermal riser replacement method (ESHT), which is improved by the steelmaking plant, is a new process of refractory material, graphite as a consumable electrode and hot slag remover riser. We used a variety of different methods pouring into a number of about 60 tons of steel ingot was studied, the various sections (including axial section) of the results are as follows: 1) Riser upper end surface is flat. 2) During the ingot crystallization, the desulfurization reaction of uncrystallized molten steel occurs continuously due to the relationship between the hot slag in the appetite. Therefore, sulfur content is very low from the inspection and analysis of sulfur seal and riser. 3) ingot coagulation of the negative segregation zone is very small, the bottom of the oxide deposits are rare. 4) ingot oxidation of various parts of inclusions significantly reduced. Forged steel rotors made of ESHT steel ingot, non-destructive flaw detection and mechanical properties tests have proved to be excellent
