通过对Fe-3Si合金脱碳板进行三个水平氮含量的渗氮并高温退火,用TC-436AR氧氮分析仪考察了高温退火过程中板厚方向上氮的分布,采用扩散理论讨论了氮的扩散过程。研究结果显示:高温退火过程中氮的总量发生变化;氮从750℃开始接近均匀;氮的扩散分为二部分:在550℃保温一小时,铁基体中的游离氮先扩散;在650℃以上,氮化物先分解,氮再扩散。
Through the nitriding and high temperature annealing of Fe-3Si alloy decarburization plate at three levels of nitrogen content, the distribution of nitrogen in the plate thickness direction was investigated by TC-436AR oxygen and nitrogen analyzer.
