为了研究新合成的水溶性富勒烯甲基丙烯酸共聚物的摩擦学特性 ,采用了 TEM、四球机、电子探针等试验分析方法。实验结果表明其在水溶液中形貌为球形 ,平均球径约为 70 nm;一定量的该富勒烯共聚物可有效提高水基基础液 (含质量分数为 0 .5 %烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸锌及 2 %三乙醇胺的水溶液 )的承载能力、减小摩擦因数 ;同样条件下 ,与相应的均聚物相比 ,添加该富勒烯共聚物可使磨斑变小 ,裂纹及点蚀凹坑明显减少。摩擦学性能的改善 ,与富勒烯共聚物作为固体润滑剂及其纳米微球发生微观弹性滚动润滑有关
In order to study the tribological properties of the newly synthesized water-soluble fullerene methacrylic acid copolymer, TEM, four-ball machine, electron probe and other experimental methods were used. The experimental results show that the morphology of spherical particles in aqueous solution is spherical and the average diameter is about 70 nm.
