新生儿颅内出血是严重威胁新生儿生命的疾病,尤其高危新生儿及未成熟儿发病率较高.早期诊断及治疗是降低新生儿死亡率及防止后遗症减少弱智儿的重要手段之一.超声诊断新生儿颅内出血不仅速度快,方法简便,且安全准确,还可在婴儿床旁或暖箱内进行检查.所用仪器以分辨力较高的扇扫实时超声仪及高频小型探头较理想.一般用5兆赫发射频率.1 检查方法:经前囟做冠状、矢状面检查;经两侧外耳道上方通过颞骨顶骨做水平面检查.按常规在检查部位涂以耦合剂.床边检查时应按进入新生儿室的常规要求更换隔离衣、洗手等.探头可用75%酒精消
