拉伸牵引是手法整复骨折的重要步骤,一般需依靠2名助手的臂力拉伸患肢部位的肌肉收缩力,矫正骨折的重叠移位,恢复正常肢体长度后,加以固定。由于患肢的肌肉收缩力较大,因此在手法牵引时劳动量很大。为改变这种状况,我们试制了一台手摇式骨科拉伸牵引器,解决了牵引者人力和臂力不足的问题。这一器械的基本原理是,采用螺旋杆带动两木板作相对运动,产生拉力以克服患肢肌肉的收缩力,便于进行矫正手术。牵引
