企业定位的方法和工具?定位就是让品牌在消费者心智中占据最有利的位置,使品牌成为某个品类或某种特性的代表品牌。这样,当消费者产生相关需求的时候,便会将该品牌作为首选,也就是说这个品牌占据了这个定位。定位战略是企业终极竞争战略。定位营销的三种做法:第一种是领先企业的做法,第二种是跟随企业的做法,第三种是开创新品类(新企业的做法)。
