“一带一路”战略为我国跨境电商的发展带来了机遇,同时,跨境电商也推动着“一带一路”的建设进入到高速发展期。语言在这中间的作用不言而喻,这使跨境电商外语人才的培养显得更加重要和迫切。“一带一路”沿线涉及到的国家之多,语言多样,因此在英语人才培养的基础上,更应该加大力度培养小语种的复合型人才。基于此,本文以高职院校为例,探讨“一带一路”战略下跨境电商的发展对大学生提出的新要求,提出有效培养学生与岗位相关的外语能力的方法与途径。
The strategy of “One Belt and One Road” has brought opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce in our country. At the same time, cross-border e-commerce has also pushed the building of “the Belt and Road” into a period of rapid development. The role of language in this intermediate is self-evident, which makes the training of trans-boundary e-commerce foreign language talents even more important and urgent. “Belt and Road” along the line involving as many countries, languages, therefore based on the training of English personnel, but should also step up efforts to cultivate a complex type of small language talents. Based on this, this article takes vocational colleges as an example to discuss the new requirements for undergraduates in the development of cross-border e-commerce under the “Belt and Road” strategy and to put forward ways and means to effectively cultivate students’ foreign language ability related to their positions.
