改革开放以后,我国人均收入水平有了很大程度的提高,生活质量也逐渐成了人民所关注的重点,在这种社会背景下,我国旅游业发展十分迅速,旅游饭店也就应运而生。机遇即是挑战,一家旅游饭店想要发展,想要达到一定的规模,取得可观的效益,就要有一套针对该饭店的完善的经营管理评价体系。本文从旅游饭店的经营业绩,管理水平和满意度三个方面对旅游饭店经营管理评价体系进行了研究。
After the reform and opening up, China’s per capita income level has been greatly improved, and the quality of life has gradually become the focus of the people. Under such a social background, China’s tourism industry has developed rapidly and tourist hotels have emerged. Opportunity is the challenge, a tourist hotel wants to develop, want to reach a certain scale, achieved considerable benefits, there must be a set of perfect hotel management system for evaluation. This article studies the evaluation system of tourism hotel management from three aspects: business performance, management level and satisfaction of tourist hotel.
