本文测定了不同的热处理条件下,15MnMoVNRE钢的淬透性。结果表明,该钢具有良好的淬透性.对重钢生产的700MPa级的钢板,采用预先淬火处理是必要的。生产中采用两相区淬火易引起产品韧性的波动。钼、钒对淬透性影响的研究表明:当935℃以上加热时,在提高低碳锰钢的淬透性方面,加入量为同样数量的条件下,钒的作用约为钼的3.0倍。复合加入钼和钒,比单独加入对钢淬透性有更大的作用。
This article measured the different heat treatment conditions, 15MnMoVNRE steel hardenability. The results show that the steel has a good hardenability of heavy steel production of 700MPa-class steel, pre-quenching is necessary. Production of two-phase quenching easily lead to product toughness fluctuations. The research on the influence of molybdenum and vanadium on the hardenability shows that when the temperature is above 935 ℃, the effect of adding vanadium is about 3.0 times that of molybdenum in increasing the hardenability of low carbon manganese steel with the same amount of addition. Compounding with molybdenum and vanadium has a greater effect on hardenability than steel alone.
