作者研制了一套适应于高温冶金熔体实验研究的高温X-射线透射摄影及电视装置。该装置由X-射线发生器、高温电炉、胶片盒式摄影机与X-射线电视显像及录像机组成。文中叙述了该研究方法的原理、设备性能及工作条件。作者用X-射线座滴法测量了高纯金、纯银及生铁的密度和表面张力,并用此装置研究了有色金属硫化精矿焙砂的造锍熔炼过程。通过实验还发现该方法对于由轻金属、熔盐和石墨这样一类密度差较小的物质组成的体系,也有一定的分辨能力。
The author has developed a set of high-temperature X-ray transmission photographic and television sets that are suitable for experimental study on pyrometallurgy melt. The device consists of an X-ray generator, a high temperature electric oven, a film cassette camera and an X-ray television display and video recorder. The article describes the principle of the research methods, equipment performance and working conditions. The authors measured the density and surface tension of high purity gold, pure silver and pig iron by X-ray droplet dropping method and studied the matte matte smelting process of non-ferrous sulphide concentrate calcine by using this device. The experiment also found that the method for light metal, molten salt and graphite such a system of smaller density difference between the composition of the system, but also have some resolution.
