目的探讨蛋白激酶B(AKT)和P53在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法收集2012年4月-2014年5月来医院就诊的乳腺癌患者150例,同期收集来医院就诊的良性乳腺增生病患者150例,分别行免疫组化SP法检测2组患者病变组织AKT和P53表达程度。同时分别比较乳腺癌患者AKT和P53阳性表达率与乳腺癌大小、临床分期及淋巴结转移关系。结果乳腺癌具有较高的AKT和P53阳性表达率,且肿块直径越大、分期越高、存在淋巴结转移者,其阳性表达率越高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AKT和P53在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达较高,且与乳腺癌尺寸大小、临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of protein kinase B (AKT) and P53 in breast cancer. Methods A total of 150 cases of breast cancer were collected from April 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital. In the same period, 150 cases of benign breast hyperplasia were collected from the hospital. The AKT, P53 expression level. At the same time, the positive rates of AKT and P53 in breast cancer patients were compared with those of breast cancer, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis respectively. Results The positive rates of AKT and P53 in breast cancer tissues were higher than those in normal breast tissues. The larger the diameter of the tumor, the higher the stage and the presence of lymph node metastasis, the higher the positive rate was (P <0.05). Conclusion The positive expression of AKT and P53 in breast cancer tissues is high, which is closely related to the size, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
