目的:测定不同配伍生脉饮中钙(Ca)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、钾(K)、镁(Mg)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、镉(Cd)和钠(Na)共9种微量元素的含量和溶出率。方法:采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定经硝酸-高氯酸(4∶1)消解体系消解的组方生脉饮中的不同药材和不同配伍生脉饮合煎液。结果:不同配伍生脉饮中微量元素含量的相对标准偏差为0.53%~3.6%,加样回收率为96.1%~104.7%。结论:本方法简单、快速,适合生脉饮中Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Zn,Cd,Na的含量测定,同时为生脉饮的临床疗效研究提供了有效依据。
Objective: To determine calcium, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, cadmium, and sodium in Shengmaiyin (Na) The content and dissolution rate of a total of 9 trace elements. METHODS: Air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) was used to determine the different herbs and different combinations of Shengmai Decoction in the prescription Shengmai Yin, which was digested by nitric acid-perchloric acid (4:1) digestion system. Results: The relative standard deviation of trace element content in different compatibility Shengmaiyin was 0.53%~3.6%, and the recovery rate was 96.1%~104.7%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, and suitable for the determination of Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Zn, Cd, and Na in Shengmaiyin. It also provides an effective basis for the study of the clinical efficacy of Shengmaiyin.
