为能够适应医学在现今时代的快速发展以及医学教育模式的的转变,在医学护理人才的培养上应该加强人文素质教育,在传授专业知识的同时,还应该加强其思考方式、行为规范的培养。如何更好的进行护理人员人文素质教育,解决学校教育与医院实践之间的矛盾,成为当前中国缓解医患关系,提高护理质量的一个重要课题。而在云南的少数民族地区,现代护理起步发展较晚,生源素质也相对来说比较低,这种问题就显得尤为突出。
In order to be able to adapt to the rapid development of medicine in modern times and the change of medical education mode, we should strengthen the education of humanistic quality in the training of medical nursing talents, and at the same time imparting professional knowledge, we should also strengthen the training of its thinking mode and code of conduct. How to better carry out humanistic education for nursing staff and solve the contradiction between school education and hospital practice has become an important issue for alleviating the doctor-patient relationship and improving the quality of nursing in China. However, in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan, the development of modern nursing is relatively late and the quality of students is relatively low. This problem is particularly prominent.
