包心芥菜属芥菜类心球植物,成株高40～45厘米,叶片厚大,叶面皱缩,叶色淡绿,心叶结球,真叶长出7叶左右就开始包心。最大叶约38厘米×30厘米,开展度约60厘米×50厘米,一般心球单重500～1000克,亩(1亩=667平方米,下同)产量2500～3500千克。生长期较短,产量高,品质佳,经济效益高,是本地农户用于调整产业结构,提高复种指数,增加经济收入的秋季蔬菜。但由于该品种引作秋栽时间短,发展快,经验少,如果期间遇到不良气候和病虫危害,就会引起产量不稳,品质下降,影响经济收益。我们经连续几年试验、示范逐步探索出了一套秋季包心芥菜优质高产栽培的经验,下面就其主要环节作一介
