以不同的分子量已知的黄腐酸级分在葡聚糖凝胶上用水体系为洗提液进行分离时出现异常的排除或吸附现象,使凝胶色谱图随进样量和洗提液的pH而改变。这种现象可以分别用黄腐酸分子通过氢键作用互相缔合成聚集体和与凝胶之间较强的相互作用来解释。在洗提液中加入电介质或缓冲液都不能抑制或控制这种现象,因为氢键的作用依然存在。实验结果表明凝胶过滤色谱对黄腐酸虽有一定的分级效果,但并非理想的手段。
Abnormal exclusion or adsorption phenomena occurred when the fulvic acid fraction, known to be of different molecular weight, was separated on an aqueous deionized system on an aqueous dextran gel. The chromatograms of the gel with the sample volume and eluent pH change. This phenomenon can be explained by the interaction of fulvic acid molecules by hydrogen bonds with each other into aggregates and with strong interaction with the gel, respectively. Neither the dielectric nor the buffer is added to the eluent to inhibit or control this phenomenon because the hydrogen bonding still exists. The experimental results show that gel filtration chromatography has some grading effect on fulvic acid, but it is not an ideal method.
