目的探讨早期高压氧治疗后急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清超敏反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、IL-6、IL-8和ET-1水平变化及临床意义。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,应用放射免疫法测定血清hs-CRP水平,用ELISA法检测血清IL-6、IL-8和ET-1水平以及用NIHSS对患者的神经功能进行评估。结果高压氧治疗组1周后血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8、ET-1水平较对照组明显下降(P均<0.05),并与神经功能恢复有关。结论急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8、ET-1水平与神经功能缺损程度评分有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and ET-1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) after early hyperbaric oxygen therapy and its clinical significance. Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Serum hs-CRP levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and ET-1 were measured by ELISA. Neurological function to evaluate. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and ET-1 in hyperbaric oxygen treatment group decreased significantly after one week (all P <0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and ET-1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction are related to the score of neurological deficit.
