支气管血管周围间质包括支气管、血管和淋巴管,是肺尤其是肺门的重要解剖成份,很多病变可累及且沿着间质蔓延。尽管利用常规CT或MR成像很难精确地评估发生在支气管、血管周围间质的形态学变化,但螺旋CT和EBCT能够清楚地显示这种变化。作者使用薄层EBCT-Imatron C-100型扫描仪,扫描时间200ms,层厚3mm,以3ml/s的速率注射对比剂,同期检查台推进4mm,可获得19层肺门
Bronchovascular perivascular stroma, including the bronchi, blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, is an important anatomical component of the lung, especially the hilar, and many lesions can be involved and spread along the stroma. Although it is difficult to accurately assess the morphological changes that occur in the bronchial and perivascular compartments using conventional CT or MR imaging, spiral CT and EBCT clearly show this change. The authors used a thin-layer EBCT-Imatron C-100 scanner with a scan time of 200 ms and a layer thickness of 3 mm to inject a contrast agent at a rate of 3 ml / s.
