在确定建筑结构吊装方案时,首先要根据工程结构的特点、预制构件的外形尺寸、重量、吊点要求和设计高度等,在现有起重设备中,选择合理的起重机械,以充分发挥机械效能,提高劳动生产率。起重机的臂杆长度、角度、回转半径、车位、起重量与建筑结构设计安装位置相互问的关系,是选择起重机械的主要内容(部分内容可由起重机性能表决定)。车位、吊装高度、臂杆角度、回转半径等能否满足吊装作业的需要,多采用作图法确定,如图1、2所示的两种情况。

Mechanical efficiency, improve labor productivity. The relationship between the crane’s boom length, angle, radius of gyration, parking space, lifting capacity and the design and installation position of the building structure is the main content of the selection of lifting machinery (some contents can be determined by the crane performance table). Vehicle parking spaces, lifting heights, boom angles, slewing radii, etc. can meet the needs of lifting operations. They are determined by drawing methods, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
