通过1-甲基-4苯基-1、2、3、6四氢吡啶(MPTP)致雄性C57小鼠类似帕金森病征的动物模型,观察了针刺、中药以及针刺结合中药对鼠尾核和中脑内超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果显示,针刺和中药对PD模型鼠尾核和中脑内的抗氧化酶活性有提高效应,并能使病理性增高的脂质过氧化反应降低至正常水平。提示,针刺、中药、针刺结合中药三种治疗方法对帕金森病均有神经保护性治疗作用。
Male C57 mice are similar to Parkinson’s disease animal model induced by 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6 tetrahydropyridine (MPTP). Acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine The levels of superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), catalase (CAT) and lipid peroxidation malondialdehyde influences. The results showed that acupuncture and Chinese herbs can improve the antioxidant enzyme activity in the caudate nucleus and midbrain of PD model rats, and reduce the pathological increase of lipid peroxidation to normal level. Tip, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine three kinds of treatment of Parkinson’s disease have neuroprotective effect.
