报道了一种新型喷水室的实验室试验和现场试验结果。试验结果表明:(1) 喷嘴形式对喷水室的热质交换影响最大。PY型新型喷嘴的研制成功为提高国产喷水室的效率,降低其能耗提供了可能;(2) 喷水室长度愈长,效率愈高,当长度一定时,仅增加排间距,喷水室效率反而下降;(3) 喷水方向的优劣与空气处理过程、喷嘴形式和空气质量流速有关;(4) 不同形式的喷嘴均有一个最佳的密度范围,过密和过稀均不利于热质交换;(5) 通过试验确定了六种采用PY型喷嘴的喷水室形式,这些形式的喷水室具有高效节能的特点。
Reported a new type of spray chamber laboratory test and field test results.
