我国的工业企业面临着资金、能源、原材料紧缺、市场销售疲软的严峻现实,如何使企业得以生存和发展呢?我们带着这个问题调查了10家不同类型的工业企业,有不少成功的经验值得推广和借鉴。一是闯冷门,上批量。首先是了解市场,掌握哪些是社会上需要而供应个足的“冷门”。二是掌握生产技术,三是设备与管理,这一点对于那些高精尖产品的生产尤为重要。只有切实解决这些问题,处理好了诸因素之间的关系,“冷门”才能闯入,生产才会发展,
China’s industrial enterprises are faced with the grim reality of shortage of capital, energy, raw materials, and weak market sales. How can companies survive and develop?
