事业单位档案管理是一项集合专业性、复杂性、机密性于一体的工作,是整个事业单位人才管理信息的主要载体,那么根据我国档案管理法实施颁布以来,对我国行政管理部门在依法管理和发展档案工作起到了关键性的意义,同时,档案法根据结合实际情况出台了一些相关规定,最终帮助企事业单位的档案管理工作在依法治档工作中得到了很好的倡导和宣传,促使我国的档案事业更加标准化和科学化,帮助档案事业可以更好地发展,奠定了很好的基础。但是目前,由于受到方方面面因素的影响,我国事业单位的档案管理工作还存在很多问题,值得我们专业人员关注和解决。对此,本文就阐述下关于事业单位档案管理中存在的问题和解决的对策观点进行探讨。
