白僵菌是半知菌类,链孢霉目,链孢霉科白僵菌属的一种寄生真菌。此菌可寄生6目15科190多种昆虫,是一种广谱性的生物杀虫剂。近年来,在农林业生产中广泛应用白僵菌防治农、林害虫,取得了显著的效果,但据许多生产单位反映,生产工人在接触白僵菌粉之后有发冷、发热、咳痰等反应。为探讨其致病机理,防止危害人体健康,我们于1980-1982年对217名白僵菌厂的生产工人健康状况进行了流行病学调查,并进行了动物毒性试验和生产工艺改革的卫生措施评价等研究工作。现将研究结果报道如下。一、工人健康状况的流行病学调查1.生产流程及生产环境中白僵菌粉浓度及孢子浓度我们根据目前白僵菌生产的工艺流程(即菌种分离→一级培养→二级扩大培养→三级扩大培养→出料→粉碎包装等工序),对38个厂次,各工序的101个操作点,125个菌粉样品进行了测定及孢子计数。其结果是,在
