电话报警排队交换机是应急Ｃ~３Ｉ自动化指挥调度系统的重要组成部分，它完成从覆盖全市的公众电话网上汇集来的报警信息送至指挥调度系统进行集中处理的功能。本文在介绍该专用排队交换机设计总体方案的基础上，从模块化的设计思想出发，分别阐述了数字中继、数字交换及ＣＰＵ、用户电路、信令电路等模块的具体实现方法。
Telephone alarm queuing switchboard is an important part of the emergency C ~ 3I automatic command and dispatch system. It completes the function of sending alarm information collected from the public telephone network covering the whole city to the command and dispatch system for centralized processing. Based on the introduction of the overall design of the dedicated queuing switch, this paper describes the implementation of digital relaying, digital switching, CPU, user circuits, signaling circuits and other modules based on the modular design concept.
