本文以宁夏财经职业技术学院外语系为例,通过人才培养模式、课程体系建设、“复合型”师资队伍建设、校内校外实训基地建设四个大的方面进行分析,分别阐述了高职院校中外语系的生存与发展中需转变的理念以及存在的问题。本文的目的是希望通过问题的分析进一步明确高职院校外语系的发展机遇与面临的挑战。 This article takes the Foreign Language Department of Ningxia Finance and Economics Vocational and Technical College as an example and analyzes four major aspects of training base, construction of curriculum system, construction of teaching staff of “compound type” and construction of practical training base inside and outside the school, The concept and existing problems to be changed in the survival and development of Chinese and foreign language departments in colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to hope that through the analysis of problems, we can further clarify the opportunities and challenges in the development of foreign language departments in higher vocational colleges.
