从一九七四年开始,我厂进行了汽车水箱散热片用的锌铜钛合金试制工作,三年来基本上掌握了该合金的生产工艺,并向使用部门提供小批量带材,进行技术考核。结果表明,用锌铜钛合金制作的散热片完全可代替H_(62)黄铜作的散热片。机械性能、散热性能和耐蚀性能均满足要求。在此基础上,又试生产了该合金方棒和管材供用户制作水暖器材。结果证明,机械性能、耐蚀性能和加工性能仍满意,很受欢迎。为此,我们系统地收集了国外锌合金生产和应用情况,整理成本文,重点介绍国外锌铜钛合金和超塑性锌铝合金的研制应用情况,供参考。
Since 1974, our factory has carried out trial production of zinc-copper-titanium alloy for radiator tank of automobiles. In the past three years, it has basically mastered the production technology of the alloy and provided small quantity of strip to the using department for technical assessment . The results show that the heat sink made of zinc-copper-titanium alloy can completely replace the H_ (62) brass heat sink. Mechanical properties, thermal performance and corrosion resistance meet the requirements. On this basis, the trial production of the alloy rod and pipe for users to make plumbing equipment. The results show that the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and processing performance are still satisfactory, very popular. To this end, we systematically collected the production and application of foreign zinc alloys, finishing the cost of text, focusing on the development and application of foreign zinc-copper-titanium alloy and superplastic zinc-aluminum alloy for reference.
