基于N2防灭火的机理,针对老石旦煤矿采空区自燃的事实,通过捕捉井下采空区火区关键指标数据,深入分析了该矿031601工作面自燃发火的原因,并且根据实际情况采用井下钻孔注氮技术进行防灭火,收到了良好的防灭火效果,保障了矿井的安全生产。针对注氮防灭火技术的实践过程,详细分析了包括注氮所需设备、技术指标、钻孔设计参数及注意事项等内容,为其他煤矿该技术的使用提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the fact that N2 fire prevention and extinguishing mechanism, according to the fact of spontaneous combustion in the gob of Laoshidan coalmine, by analyzing the key indicator data of mine fire area in the underground goaf, the cause of spontaneous combustion in 031601 working face of the mine is deeply analyzed, and according to the actual situation, Drilling nitrogen injection technology to prevent fire, received a good anti-fire effect, to protect the mine’s safe production. Aiming at the practical process of fire prevention technology of nitrogen injection, the contents including the equipment required for nitrogen injection, technical indexes, drilling design parameters and precautions are analyzed in detail, which can provide references for the use of this technology in other coal mines.
