In 1986, China promulgated the Regulations of the Communist Party of China on the Organization of Basic Organizations of All Ownership-Owned Industrial Enterprises, the Regulations on the Works of Factory Directors of Ownership-Owned Industrial Enterprises, and the Regulations on the Employee Representative Assembly of All Ownership-Owned Enterprises.
