巨大垂体腺瘤的切除术,虽有多种手术入路,但因瘤体巨大,暴露全貌困难,往往难以做到满意的切除。我院从1996年3月～12月,采用一种新的手术入路——扩大额下硬膜内外联合入路,治疗7例巨大垂体腺瘤,取得较满意疗效。 临床资料 本组男性5例,女性2例,年龄13～53岁,平均38岁。病程从1个月～10年。 主要临床表现和体征:5例男性病人有性功能障碍、体重增加、精神疲软和视觉障 Although there are many surgical approaches for resection of giant pituitary adenomas, it is difficult to achieve satisfactory resection due to the large size of the tumors and the difficulty of exposing the entire appearance. In our hospital from March to December of 1996, a new surgical approach was used to expand the combined approach of the dura mater and forehead to treat 7 cases of giant pituitary adenoma with satisfactory results. Clinical data The group of 5 males and 2 females, aged 13 to 53 years, mean 38 years old. The course of the disease ranges from 1 month to 10 years.
