目的探讨模拟职场环境教学对提高助产学生的临床处置能力的效果;方法在模拟职场环境下(实训基地),以基于建构主义理论的情境性教学模式,对2013级和2014级助产学生共171人进行临床处置能力的培养;结果经过两年的教学实践,助产学生的各方面能力与往届相比均有所提高,临床处置能力的提高尤为明显,而且这种教学模式也受到师生的欢迎和支持;结论在模拟职场环境下的建构主义教学模式在实际应用中可以取得较为理想的效果,有助于提高助产学生的临床处置能力。
Objective To explore the effect of simulated workplace environment teaching on improving midwifery students’ clinical management ability. Methods In the simulated workplace environment (training base), based on the situational teaching model based on constructivism theory, A total of 171 people for clinical training capacity; results after two years of teaching practice, midwifery students in all aspects of ability compared with the previous have increased, the clinical treatment capacity is particularly evident, and this teaching mode is also subject to division Students’ welcome and support. Conclusion Constructivism teaching mode in simulated workplace environment can achieve satisfactory results in practical application, and help to improve the clinical disposal ability of midwifery students.
