利用植物生物反应器表达生产具有临床应用价值的药用蛋白已成为植物基因工程的热点领域之一,具有极大的市场前景和商业价值,已引起全球科研工作者和商业化公司的关注。红花生物反应器是以红花为载体表达生产外源蛋白的转化平台。从愈伤组织介导再生、细胞胚胎发生和器官发生三个方面归纳红花的组织培养,重点综述红花遗传转化的研究进展,并分析红花作为植物生物反应器的优势和存在问题,同时提出解决策略。
