[目的]分析某制药企业固体制剂技术改造项目的职业病危害特点、危害程度及防护措施,为该行业职业病防控提供依据。[方法]采用现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、检查表、职业健康检查等方法分析该项目职业病危害特点和发病风险,提出职业病危害防护措施。[结果]该项目生产过程中的主要职业病危害因素为噪声、粉尘、甲醛、臭氧、乙醇、苯酚等;检测个体噪声超标率为50.0%,高温、粉尘、甲醛、臭氧、乙醇、苯酚检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值要求。[结论]该项目职业病危害关键控制岗位为混粉、制粒、干燥、压片、胶囊填充、消毒岗位,发生噪声聋的风险较大,应采取针对性的防控措施减少或控制职业病危害的发生。
[Objective] To analyze the characteristics, degree of harm and protective measures of occupational hazards in the technological transformation of solid preparations for a pharmaceutical enterprise, and provide the basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in this industry. [Methods] The characteristics of occupational hazards and risk of occupational diseases in this project were analyzed by on-the-spot investigation, detection of occupational hazards, checklist and occupational health examination. Protective measures against occupational hazards were put forward. [Result] The main occupational hazards in the process of the project were noise, dust, formaldehyde, ozone, ethanol, phenol and so on. The exceeding standard rate of individual noise was 50.0%. The detection results of high temperature, dust, formaldehyde, ozone, Meet the national occupational exposure limit requirements. [Conclusion] The key occupational hazards control positions in this project are mixed powder, granulation, drying, tabletting, capsule filling and disinfection. There is a high risk of noise deafness. Specific prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce or control occupational hazards occur.
