同时性双原发胃癌临床较少见，我科1993年1月至1996年1月共手术胃癌156例，其中同时性双原发性胃癌6例，占3．9％，均经手术和病理证实。现报告如下：临床资料本组6例中男性5例、女性1例，最大年龄69岁，最小年龄42岁，平均53．7岁。详见下表：裹6例同时性双后发回癌及生存时间
Simultaneous double primary gastric cancer is rare in clinical practice. There were 156 cases of gastric cancer in our department from January 1993 to January 1996. Among them, simultaneous double primary gastric cancer was found in 6 cases, accounting for 3.9%. All of them were operated and pathological. Confirmed.
