考虑一种由机器人托运可移动式货架取代人工拣货的新型仓储系统,采用统计建模的方法研究三种常见的仓储机器人待命位策略,并同时考察了传统仓储布局和带横向巷道的仓储布局。通过仿真模拟验证了理论模型的有效性,最后分析比较了在不同布局仓储系统中的三种待命位策略。研究结果表明在相同布局的仓储系统中,第三种待命位策略即机器人停留在作业结束位置的待命位策略表现最好;同时,在两种布局中,第一种和第二种待命位策略在无中间横向巷道的仓储系统中更有优势,当每一列的货位数较多时,第三种待命位策略在带中间横向巷道的仓储系统中才具有明显优势。
Considering a new storage system which replaces the manual picking with a robotized checked pallet, three statistical methods are used to study the tactics of the three kinds of common storage robots’ standby strategy. At the same time, the traditional storage layout and the storage layout with horizontal laneways . The simulation results validate the validity of the theoretical model. Finally, we analyze and compare the three kinds of standby strategy in different layout storage systems. The results show that in the same layout warehouse system, the third kind of standby strategy is the best standby strategy of the robot at the end of the job. Meanwhile, in the two kinds of layout, the first and second kind of standby strategy In the middle of the tunnel without the horizontal storage system more advantages, when the number of spaces per column more, the third standby strategy in the middle of horizontal roadway with the storage system has obvious advantages.
