就黑钨精矿的综合利用,本文提出了萃取提钪的新工艺流程,并做了10公斤/槽规模的扩大全流程试验。结果表明,该流程处理黑钨精矿是有效而可行的,它具有流程短,工艺简单,一次酸作业即可实现钨和钪的有效分离;不受精矿钙含量的限制,钨矿物分离程度高;酸解液直接萃取可以制取纯度99.5%的Sc_2O_3,实现了钪的有效回收;粗钨酸用现行生产工艺可制取纯净的钨化合物;钽、铌、锡富集于残渣,有利于回收利用。
With regard to the comprehensive utilization of wolframite concentrate, a new technological process of extracting and extracting scandium was proposed in this paper, and an all-encompassing test of 10 kg / t of scale was conducted.
