沙地柏扦插能否成活的关键是插穗能否生根,以伊金霍洛旗台格庙苗圃扦插试验实测数据为依据研究了基质、温度、湿度对沙地柏扦插生根发芽的影响,结果表明:珍77珠岩+蛭石基质、蛭石+粗沙基质有利于沙地柏插穗的根系发育,其次是珍珠岩+蛭石+粗沙基质;在一定范围内,温、湿度与插穗愈合组织形成时间和发芽时间呈负相关关系,与根系发育状况呈正相关关系。在对沙地柏生根影响的各项指标中,温湿度的控制和调节是关键因素,在沙地柏扦插繁育过程中,创造适宜的温湿度条件是至关重要的。
The key to survival of Sabina przewalskii is whether the cuttings can take root. The effects of substrate, temperature and humidity on the rooting and germination of Sabina vulgaris cuttings were studied on the basis of the measured data of cutting test in the Tigongmiao nursery in Yijinhuoluo Banner. : Zhen 77 beads + vermiculite matrix, vermiculite + coarse sand matrix is conducive to the development of the root of Sabina vulgaris, followed by perlite + vermiculite + coarse sand matrix; within a certain range, temperature, humidity and cuttings healing organization The formation time and germination time were negatively correlated, and the root development status was positively correlated. Among all the indexes that influence on the rooting of Sabina vulgaris, the control and adjustment of temperature and humidity are the key factors. It is of crucial importance to create suitable temperature and humidity conditions during Sabina vulgaris breeding.
