对火鹤花微体快繁从外植体的建立、继代培养、生根培养到移栽方法,进行了一系列研究,初步探明了影响微体快繁效果的主要因素。结果表明,火鹤花外植体消毒以0.1%HgCl2液消毒10min;外植体培养基以MS+6-BA1mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂5.5g/L,pH=6.1;继代培养基以MS+6-BA1.5~2.0mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L+蔗糖25~35g/L+琼脂6g/L,pH=6.1;生根培养基以1/2MS为佳;移栽基质以1/2MS培养基+珍珠岩为好;工厂化生产以细河砂:蛭石=2∶1为基质并浇豆饼水较为经济合理。
A series of researches have been done on the establishment of explants, subculturing, rooting and transplanting methods of the Agrimonia micropropagation and propagation. The main factors influencing the effect of micropropagation on propagation were preliminary studied. The results showed that the extinction of Anthurium andraeanum was disinfected with 0.1% HgCl2 solution for 10min. The medium of explants was MS + 6- BA1mg / L + IBA 0.5mg / L + sucrose 30g / L + agar 5.5g / L, pH = 6.1 ; Subculture medium with MS + 6-BA 1.5 ~ 2.0mg / L + IBA 0.5mg / L + sucrose 25 ~ 35g / L + agar 6g / L, pH = 6.1; rooting medium to 1 / 2MS better; Planting medium to 1 / 2MS medium + perlite is better; factory production of fine river sand: vermiculite = 2: 1 as the base and pouring bean cake water is more economical and reasonable.
