各种类型的子宫肌瘤合并早孕是高危妊娠的一种,而其人工流产及药物流产均属高危人工流产范畴,子宫肌瘤为女性盆腔最多见的肿瘤,有报道在30岁以上妇女中每4～5人就有1例[1],故在育龄妇女中占相当比例,本文对我院计划生育服务站近4年来诊治的早孕合并子宫肌瘤28例进行总结分析。
