目的在诱发排卵周期的不同阶段,对子宫内膜波状运动进行观察和分类,初步探讨不同形式内膜运动对辅助生殖技术治疗结果的影响。方法借助高分辨力经阴道超声,对62例接受辅助生殖技术治疗的妇女子宫内膜波状运动进行观测,继而比较治疗结果不同的患者(受孕和未孕)在卵泡晚期和黄体早期子宫内膜运动频率和形式的变化。结果①子宫内膜波状运动的形式可分为5种:无运动、不规则运动、正向运动、负向运动、相向运动;②诱发排卵的不同阶段,子宫内膜运动的频率和形式呈周期性改变;③未孕者卵泡晚期和黄体早期子宫内膜运动的频率较高,且存在较多负向运动。结论子宫内膜波状运动对生殖过程的完成可能具有重要意义,适度的内膜运动有利于胚胎着床。而当内膜运动出现异常,则意味内膜功能紊乱,接受性差,容易导致助孕术治疗失败。
Objective To observe and classify the endometrial wavy movements during different stages of the induced ovulation cycle and to investigate the effects of different forms of endometrial movement on the outcomes of assisted reproductive technology. Methods High resolution transvaginal sonography was performed in 62 women with endometriosis treated with assisted reproductive technology. The patients with different outcomes (conception and nonpregnancy) were compared in late follicles and early luteal endometrium Changes in frequency and form. Results ① There were five types of endometrial wavy movement: no movement, irregular movement, forward movement, negative movement, and opposite movement; ② The different stages of evoked ovulation, the frequency and form of endometrial movement were periodic Sexual changes; ③ non-pregnant women and advanced early stages of endometrial follicles in the higher frequency of endometrial movement, and there is more negative movement. Conclusion Endometrial wavy exercise may be of great significance to the completion of the reproductive process. Moderate endometrial movement is beneficial to embryo implantation. And when the endometrial movement abnormalities, it means that endometrial dysfunction, poor acceptance, easily lead to failure of treatment of pregnancy.
