目的探讨Bcl-2和钙视网膜蛋白(calretinin,CR)在不同发育程度肠壁神经节细胞中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色观察Bcl-2、CR在40例先天性巨结肠病(hirschsprung disease,HD)、10例先天性巨结肠类缘病(hirschsprung’s allied disease,HAD)和对照组肠壁神经节细胞的表达情况。结果Bcl-2表达于发育较差的神经节细胞,在发育成熟的神经节细胞不表达。CR表达于发育成熟的神经节细胞,在发育较差的神经节细胞不表达或弱表达。结论Bcl-2和CR在肠神经节细胞的特异性表达,有助于判断神经节细胞的成熟程度。Bcl-2在发育异常肠壁神经节细胞的功能维持和恢复上可能起到了重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Bcl-2 and calretinin (CR) in gonadal cells of different developmental stages. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and CR in 40 cases of Hirschsprung disease (HD), 10 cases of Hirschsprung’s allied disease (HAD) and control group Cell expression. Results Bcl-2 was expressed in poorly developed ganglion cells, but not in well-developed ganglion cells. CR is expressed in mature ganglion cells and is not expressed or weakly expressed in poorly developed ganglion cells. Conclusion The specific expression of Bcl-2 and CR in ganglion cells helps to determine the degree of ganglion cell maturation. Bcl-2 may play an important role in the function maintenance and recovery of dysplastic gut ganglion cells.
