通过模拟柴油机气门机构的 2种主要故障——气门漏气和气门间隙异常进行试验 ,采集柴油机缸盖表面的振动信号 ,计算了柴油机缸盖振动信号的小波包能量、时域能量、最大幅值和奇异性指标 ,建立了振动信号的 AR和 ARMA模型 ,最后利用遗传算法进行自动再生最佳特征参数 ,得到了优化的气门机构故障诊断表达式 ,结果表明利用该表达式可以更简捷有效地进行故障诊断
By simulating the two main faults of diesel engine valve train, valve leakage and valve clearance anomaly, the vibration signals of cylinder head surface of diesel engine were collected and the wavelet package energy, time domain energy and maximum amplitude of diesel engine cylinder head vibration signal were calculated. And the singularity index, the AR and ARMA models of vibration signals are established. Finally, the optimal automatic regeneration parameters are obtained by genetic algorithm, and the optimized valve train fault diagnosis expression is obtained. The results show that the expression can be used more simply and effectively Troubleshooting
