本文介绍了用反射板自然排气爆炸胀形方法一次成形出精度高的复杂零件。文中扼要地介绍了反射板自然排气爆炸胀形成形原理、爆炸模的结构、零件成形质量、工艺参数以及与冲压成形的比较。采用常规冲压工艺, 成形此类零件要经过多道工序并配备相应的设备和工艺装配; 而采用爆炸成形只需要一个模具, 一次炸成。它显示了爆炸成形的优点, 即可以合并几种不同的工序, 生产出精度高的零件, 因而取得了显著的经济效果和技术效果。
This article describes the use of reflector natural explosion explosion forming a high-precision complex parts. In this paper, the forming principle of natural deflagration of deflector, the structure of explosive mold, the forming quality of parts, the process parameters and the comparison with stamping are briefly introduced. The use of conventional stamping process, forming such parts to go through multiple processes and equipped with the appropriate equipment and process assembly; and the use of explosion forming only one mold, one blown into. It shows the advantages of explosion forming, that is, several different processes can be combined to produce parts with high precision, resulting in significant economic and technical effects.
